What You'll Do15
- 1Oversee litigation from evaluation through settlement trial or final disposition
- 2Prepare persuasive legal documents including complaints motions briefs and filings
- 3Conduct thorough research translating findings into actionable strategies
- 4Lead discovery by drafting requests reviewing responses and managing depositions
- 5Ready clients witnesses for hearings mediations arbitrations and trials
- 6Represent clients in court case management conferences and settlements
- 7Assess exposure examining claims and advising on risks and outcomes
- 8Collaborate with cross‑practice attorneys supporting commercial insurance real estate employment contract partnership and civil disputes
- 9Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 10Active California bar admission and good standing
- 11Proven ability in research writing and case analysis
- 12Hands‑on experience with discovery motion practice and depositions
- 13Familiarity with courtroom procedures arbitration or mediation
- 14Independent management of matters within a supportive team setting
- 15Strong communication and detail‑oriented client service
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23‑5 seasons leading complex litigation projects
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential required
- 5AWS Certified experience valued
- 6JD from an accredited institution
- 7Active California bar membership
- 8Expertise in legal research writing and case strategy
- 9Proficiency in discovery techniques motion drafting and deposition tactics
- 10Knowledge of courtroom processes arbitration mediation
- 11Ability to manage independent workloads while contributing to team objectives
