Assistant Women's Basketball Coach - Gorin Sports Academy
Overview
We seek a dedicated female basketball coach to lead youth programs at Gorin Sports Academy. The assistant coach will support the Head Coach in developing players through drills mentorship and game strategy. This part-time role offers growth potential starting at $25+/hour. Candidates must foster positivity inclusivity and provide effective communication with players families and staff.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead drills and skills training while providing on-court guidance and mentorship
- 2Assist Head Coach in session planning and player development management
- 3Set up and break down training stations and equipment
- 4Create a positive safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- 5Communicate progress and updates to players families and coaching staff
Requirements5
- 15+ years building youth basketball programs with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing teams in competitive environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified technical background required
- 55+ years experience with data tools not acceptable
