What You'll Do10
- 1Assist with waterproofing exterior balconies using established methods and quality standards.
- 2Support daily construction activities including concrete work, carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- 3Perform general labor duties such as material handling and site preparation.
- 4Use power tools safely under supervision and in line with site guidelines.
- 5Help with concrete finishing including preparation, placement, and finishing surfaces.
- 6Support drywall tasks by handling materials and assisting installation.
- 7Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- 8Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area through continuous site cleanup.
- 9Collaborate with foremen, laborers, and craftsmen to meet project deadlines.
- 10Follow directions from supervisors, asking questions to ensure correct task completion.
Requirements10
- 12+ years of general labor experience in construction settings.
- 2Previous experience in laborer or carpentry work on commercial or multi-family projects.
- 3Experience with concrete work and concrete finishing tasks.
- 4Basic carpentry, framing, and finish work capabilities.
- 5Ability to assist with drywall-related tasks in commercial construction.
- 6Competence in using power tools safely under supervision.
- 7Ability to follow blueprints or basic construction drawings.
- 8Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with foremen, laborers, and craftsmen.
- 9Physical ability to perform lifting, carrying, and working on active sites.
