- 6Foster diversity inclusion and belonging while collaborating with peer Store Managers
- 7Analyze store trends to anticipate customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly
- 8Ensure consistent communication between management and frontline staff
- 9Develop and implement guidelines that balance strict adherence with adaptability
- 10Manage floating holidays and provide generous vacation time based on tenure
- 11Champion customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and relationship building
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent must be provided
- 2Minimum 3 years retail sales/customer service experience with preference for 1+ year management experience
- 3Ability to lead teams and develop diverse talent pools
