Assistant Store Manager, Juicekeys & Wellness Beverages
Overview
Own daily operations at a fast-paced juice bar with scale to deliver exceptional customer experiences in Raleigh Durham area. Lead, coach, and develop a small team while ensuring operational excellence and strong KPI performance. This role blends leadership, store operations, and customer service to grow a health-forward brand.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and coach a team of juice bar associates during shifts
- 2Assist with hiring onboarding and training of new team members
- 3Create and manage staff schedules for peak hours
- 4Resolve team conflicts and provide real time feedback
- 5Open and close the store including cash handling and POS reconciliation
- 6Ensure compliance with food safety health and sanitation standards
- 7Monitor inventory and manage ordering receiving and waste reduction
- 8Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs as needed
- 9Uphold visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- 10Drive sales goals average ticket size and speed of service through action plans and promotions
Requirements10
- 11–3 years in a supervisory or assistant management role in food beverage or retail
- 2Strong leadership coaching and motivational skills
- 3Excellent organizational multitasking abilities in a fast paced environment
- 4Comfort with POS systems basic inventory management and cash handling
- 5Genuine passion for health wellness and customer service
- 6Flexible availability including mornings weekends and holidays (excluding Christmas or Thanksgiving)
- 7Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–40 lbs
- 8Preferred experience in a juice bar cafe or specialty beverage concept
- 9Familiarity with food cost management and labor scheduling tools
- 10Legal authorization to work in the US and reliable transportation
