What You'll Do16
- 1Manage ReStore operations including opening closing and point of sale systems
- 2Operate and troubleshoot POS while ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation
- 3Lead customer service interactions to resolve concerns promptly
- 4Coordinate volunteer programs and recognize core volunteers
- 5Familiarize with HFHMD Operations Manual and enforce standard operating procedures
- 6Participate in leadership development training initiatives
- 7Deploy policies across customer service operations and volunteer management
- 8Assist with special projects aligned with cultural values
- 9Recruit and hire qualified staff with HR collaboration
- 10Observe, evaluate, coach, and develop Retail Sales Associates
- 11Provide feedback and document performance of RSAs
- 12Complete performance reviews in partnership with Store Manager
- 13Track team metrics for safety productivity and retention
- 14Support diverse teams with inclusive communication
- 15Maintain safe and organized work environment
- 16Adapt to dynamic changes while motivating employees
Requirements13
- 15+ years retail experience or equivalent customer-facing roles
- 2Strong belief in Habitat mission and commitment to community impact
- 3Excellent customer relations and management abilities
- 4Self-motivated independent worker with excellent time management
- 5Superior written and oral communication skills
- 6Continuous learner seeking professional growth
- 7Ability to adapt to changing priorities

- 9Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern point of sale systems
- 10Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- 11Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage required
- 12Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate forklift
