What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
- 2Help customers positively and resolve concerns
- 3Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to stockroom and sales floor
- 4Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
- 5Process corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy tasks
- 6Maintain promotional displays and assist in ordering merchandise
- 7Handle damaged goods and manage payroll scheduling cash deposits
- 8Protect company assets and adhere to safety guidelines
- 9Supervise and train Store Associates
- 10Ensure cleanliness including bathroom maintenance and floor care
- 11Maintain organized stockroom and well-stocked sales floor
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to lift 55 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
- 3Store management experience in retail or grocery environments preferred
- 4Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 5Experience with operational directives like merchandise schematics
- 6Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
