What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
- 2Help customers positively and resolve concerns
- 3Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to appropriate areas
- 4Perform opening and closing procedures
- 5Process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy and Task Compliance
- 6Maintain promotional displays and assist in ordering merchandise
- 7Handle damaged merchandise and record keeping tasks
- 8Protect company assets and adhere to safety guidelines
- 9Supervise and train store associates
- 10Ensure store cleanliness including bathroom maintenance and floor care
- 11Maintain a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store management preferred
- 5Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities
- 6Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- 7Bold certifications: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
