What You'll Do11
- 1Manage staff shift schedules and control labor hours
- 2Develop and oversee sales strategies and merchandise organization
- 3Conduct inventory control and loss prevention activities
- 4Execute sales plans and monitor inventory turnover days
- 5Maintain store security and organize documentation and equipment
- 6Resolve store problems through positive problem solving
- 7Train employees and provide staff counseling

- 9Coordinate cash float management and safe money handling
- 10Organize forms and maintain tidy store interior

Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school Diploma GED
- 3Work Experience in inventory oversight
- 4Strong communication skills and relationship building
- 5Ability to achieve sales goals
