This role combines hands-on excellence with talent development and administrative ownership. Successful candidates will independently manage bakery functions and transition into BOM roles.
What You'll Do13
- 1Execute all core bakery operations including inventory rotation scheduling support and administrative checklists
- 2Maintain strict adherence to product quality cleanliness food safety and guest experience standards
- 3Support ordering inventory accuracy and shrink control
- 4Assist in schedule creation and labor execution to meet operational targets
- 5Support recruiting interviewing onboarding and training of new staff
- 6Deliver consistent coaching and real-time performance feedback
- 7Hold team members accountable to standards while reinforcing a growth mindset culture
- 8Ensure onboarding and training programs are executed to company standards
- 9Manage bakery operations independently in the absence of the BOM
- 10Model urgency accountability and operational discipline
- 11Partner with BOM and Area leadership to identify operational gaps and implement solutions
- 12Maintain continuity of operations during leadership transitions or staffing shortages
- 13Perform all BOM-level administrative and operational tasks when required

- 11+ year leadership experience in restaurant retail or hospitality operations
- 2Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- 3Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
- 4Comfortable working in fast-paced high-volume environments
- 5Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak business periods
- 6Strong communication and problem-solving skills
