- 1Support membership sales conversion and retention through proactive outreach
- 2Coach Spa Associates on membership value and objection handling
- 3Manage front desk operations during peak hours and handle scheduling
- 4Process appointments and resolve guest concerns professionally
- 5Maintain spa standards and assist with provider schedules
- 6Oversee hiring and onboarding of new staff members
- 7Monitor daily goals and report results to the team
- 8Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting
- 9Drive sales initiatives and implement retention strategies
- 10Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational policies
- 11Foster a positive work environment through accountability and leadership
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years sales or customer service experience
- 2Membership-based business experience preferred
- 3Proficiency in selling memberships and coaching others
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5Ability to use reporting and booking software
- 6Zenoti system familiarity is a plus
- 7Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is a plus
- 85+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 95+ years building ETL pipelines with Python and AWS
- 103-5 seasons of relevant experience
Salary Insight
$18 - $20k per year
