What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and coach a team of stylists and assistants to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service

- 3Ensure product quality, salon cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards
- 4Oversee cash handling, deposits, and error‑free financial procedures
- 5Manage inventory and ordering systems to maintain product availability

- 8Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and sanitation standards

- 1Licensed Georgia Cosmetologist with salon experience

- 5Strong time management, multitasking, prioritization, and organization
- 6Minimum management experience 3‑5 years with a team of five or more

- 8Onsite in Atlanta, GA with duties including cash handling and inventory management
- 9Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees and team leaders
- 10Commitment to ongoing education and client care in natural hair services
