What You'll Do5
- 1Lead store operations and sales initiatives to meet performance targets

- 3Assist in staffing, inventory, and store appearance to maximize efficiency and sales
- 4Support the Store Manager in training and developing staff for future management opportunities

Requirements5
- 1Management experience in a similar field
- 2Experience in retail or customer facing sales environment
- 3Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 4Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
