Overview
The Assistant Professor leads clinical care education and supervision for Rheumatology fellows residents and medical students while providing consultative services across KU Medical Center. This faculty member drives clinical educational and research initiatives aligned with divisional priorities.
What You'll Do5
- 1Deliver high-quality patient-centered care to rheumatologic disease patients
- 2Provide inpatient and consultative services with multidisciplinary teams
- 3Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- 4Teach and supervise fellows residents and medical students through bedside teaching and didactic instruction
- 5Contribute to clinical research and scholarly activities quality improvement initiatives
Requirements5
- 1MD/DO or equivalent degree
- 2Board certification in Medicine
- 3Board certification eligible in Rheumatology
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Experience with AWS and Kubernetes
