Overview
Lead resort recreational and entertainment departments to deliver brand promise. Serve as guest advocate and advisor to Head of Guest Engagement while overseeing daily operations of activity teams. Measure success through guest surveys. Develop staff, evaluate performance, and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Demonstrated problem solving and result delivery
- 3Professional communication and presentation skills
- 4Intermediate Excel proficiency record time keeping
- 5Valid driver’s license and one year driving experience
- 6High school diploma or GED
- 7Four-year college degree preferred
- 8Two years customer-facing hospitality experience
- 9Passion for family travel and brand values
- 10Ability to thrive in dynamic environments
