- 2Assign daily tasks and work to housekeepers supervisors
- 3Adjust employee work based on callouts
- 4Monitor daily work hours for budget compliance
- 5Exemplify urgency to ensure timely room turnovers
- 6Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness
- 7Retrieve housekeepers for re-cleaning areas
- 8Conduct weekly report cards and MSI reports
- 9Establish welcoming culture of engagement and inclusion
- 10Provide direct responses to associate concerns
- 11Enforce policies and procedures consistently
- 12Coach housekeepers to reach productivity standards
- 13Recommend discipline and termination when necessary
- 14Conduct performance reviews
- 15Set recurring schedule for MasterTalk and STS
- 16Facilitate training meetings with supervisors
- 17Finalize day in Mastermind system
- 18Interview and onboard new team members
- 19Perform new hire orientations with 7-Steps to Clean training
- 20Build rapport with resort management
- 21Manage inventory and conduct weekly replenishments
- 22Report unit maintenance issues
- 23Maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- 24Handle guest complaints promptly
- 25Conduct safety meetings and enforce procedures
- 26Process workers compensation issues
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hospitality management
- 3High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5Two years of experience directly related to the job
