- 9Protect company assets including cash
- 10Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure policy compliance
- 11Supervise train and develop store associates
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to read and interpret operational directives
- 3Store management experience in retail or grocery environments preferred
- 4Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
