This includes maximizing sales minimizing costs toward AOP goals motivating associates to deliver high customer service growth and profitability handling complaints staffing and safety assuming lead roles and engaging in career training. - 4Operate the center ensuring compliance with company standards protecting assets

- 6Provide Service Excellence always to meet sales and service goals
- 7Communicate specific work assignments to associates
- 8Assist with staffing qualified personnel
- 9Manage safety health and environmental issues
- 10Perform manual tasks including lifting commercial tires and wheels
Requirements5
- 1One year of previous management experience
- 2Valid driver's license
- 3Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- 4High School Diploma or GED
- 5Associate Degree in related field
