Overview
You will own store operations, people, and profits as the second-in-command at a million-dollar Domino's franchise location. You lead a team of 8-20 crew members, drive sales and service metrics, and uphold Domino's standards. You train and develop staff, manage inventory and cash, and ensure compliance. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead daily store operations, opening or closing, and managing crew shifts.
- 2Coach and train team members on food safety, customer service, and delivery standards.
- 3Drive sales by implementing local marketing tactics and upselling on orders.
- 4Manage inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and control food costs.
- 5Handle cash transactions, reconcile registers, and prepare daily deposits.
- 6Resolve customer complaints on the spot to ensure satisfaction.
- 7Enforce all Domino's policies and procedures 100% of the time.
- 8Track and report performance metrics to the General Manager.
- 9Assist at nearby locations when needed, covering scheduling gaps.
Requirements8
- 118+ years of age or older.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Good driving record with a valid license.
- 4Positive attitude and high energy.
- 5Prior experience at Domino's OR leading people in any setting.
- 6Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 7Pass a background check.
- 8Eligible to work in the USA and reside in the Salt Lake City area.
