What You'll Do11
- 1Obtain daily revenue targets
- 2Create effective daily room schedules
- 3Maintain accurate health and behavioral logs
- 4Ensure dogs are safely placed in appropriate playrooms
- 5Administer medications and special needs according to owner requests
- 6Prepare meals and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- 7Conduct playgroup safety assessments and monitor environmental hazards
- 8Train team members on proper playroom management and cleaning
- 9Communicate daily updates to management and resolve conflicts
- 10Collect performance reports and provide constructive feedback
- 11Collaborate with management to maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing client relationships
- 3Proven ability to handle dogs and understand pet care needs
- 4Strong organizational skills for multi-role rotations
- 5Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- 6Experience with canine behavior and safety protocols
- 7Certification in dog handling or related field
- 8Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
- 9Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in pet care settings
- 10Demonstrated leadership potential during training period
