The Assistant General Manager (AGM) leads growth strategy and develops future leaders at Caribou Coffee. This role partners with the General Manager to drive operational excellence across stores and districts while fostering a supportive team culture. Success means creating lasting guest connections and achieving financial targets.

- 7Connect daily behaviors to profit and loss outcomes
- 8Organize administrative tasks and link them to business success
- 9Manage all store funds while enforcing cash policies
- 10Place, receive, verify orders and control inventory
- 11Think holistically about store success beyond individual shifts
Requirements9
- 11-3 years restaurant or retail experience with strong customer service commitment
- 2Ability to work early mornings evenings holidays and weekends
- 3At least 18 years old
- 4Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 5One year supervisory experience
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 8Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand 4-8 hours
