- 8Collaborate with kitchen staff to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize brewing processes

- 10Implement feedback loops that capture employee suggestions and act on them promptly
- 11Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies at all times
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high volume retail environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience appreciated
- 6Proven ability to work weekends including holidays
- 7Strong communication skills with customers and staff
- 8Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- 9Ability to multitask under pressure during peak periods
- 10Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture
