What You'll Do9
- 1Build and lead behavioral health initiatives to improve patient outcomes at Mecklenburg County Detention Center North
- 2Design and implement treatment programs in collaboration with the Coordinator
- 3Provide clinical supervision to staff members
- 4Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- 5Develop training materials and conduct orientation programs
- 6Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports
- 7Monitor service delivery to ensure timeliness and quality
- 8Drive quality improvement projects
- 9Coordinate with regional managers site administrators and medical directors
Requirements7
- 1Doctorate or Master’s degree in psychology or related field from an accredited institution
- 2Licensed (or license eligible with pending application) LCMHC LCSW LMFT in North Carolina
- 3Valid background investigation report
- 4Extensive experience in behavioral health services training and supervision
- 5Strong clinical leadership skills within correctional settings
- 6Familiarity with regional behavioral health resources and networks
- 7Deep understanding of VitalCore policies and procedures
