What You'll Do9
- 1Build a high-energy shop culture and mentor barbers and stylists to sharpen their craft
- 2Lead by example behind the chair while guiding the team to deliver outstanding client experiences
- 3Scale talent by recruiting top barbers and cosmetologists and onboarding new hires
- 4Own inventory management, purchase orders, and month-end tasks to keep the shop running smoothly
- 5Partner with the Shop Leader to maintain standards and drive shop performance
- 6Drive sales and client retention through exceptional service and upsell opportunities
- 7Schedule management to cover peak hours including evenings and weekends
- 8Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and service quality
- 9Support marketing and community engagement to grow client base
Requirements5
- 13+ years behind the chair as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced shop
- 21+ year of management experience
- 3Active Barber or Cosmetology license in Colorado
- 4Strong leadership and teamwork orientation with a passion for culture
- 5Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet client needs
