Asset Protection Associate Five Below Inc

What You'll Do9
- 1Own inventory security protocols and conduct regular loss prevention audits
- 2Perform store security checks and recommend preventive measures
- 3Drive customer engagement at entrance/exit points
- 4Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with package management
- 5Conduct safety inspections and report hazards to management
- 6Collaborate with General Manager on employee compliance and training
- 7Utilize figure 8 systems to track merchandise movement
- 8Provide exceptional service while embodying Five Below values
- 9Analyze shrinkage data and implement corrective strategies
Requirements9
- 15+ years building security protocols using Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Proven ability to work nights and weekends
- 5Physical stamina to stand for 8-hour shifts
- 6Basic retail knowledge with focus on loss prevention
- 7Strong communication skills for cross-level collaboration
- 8Experience with POS systems and inventory tracking software
- 9Ability to lift 20lbs and follow safety guidelines
