What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and finish laminated composite parts at a standing bench using hand and power tools to achieve precise surfaces
  • 2Install subassemblies such as washers, bolts, brackets, and hardware to prepare parts for integration
  • 3Inspect parts for quality and maintain accurate work records as parts move through production stages
  • 4Follow repeatable processes and adapt to evolving training materials and work instructions
  • 5Collaborate with team members to improve finishing and assembly processes
  • 6Assist with packaging and preparation of finished parts for shipment
  • 7Maintain safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment during grinding and finishing
  • 8Read blueprints and wiring schematics to apply correct assembly instructions
  • 9Keep production moving to meet timelines and targets
  • 10Document process steps and results for traceability and continuous improvement

Requirements10

  • 1Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise processes
  • 2Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift at a bench
  • 3Comfort with hand tools and power tools for grinding, sanding, and assembly
  • 4Demonstrated mechanical aptitude from hands-on experience
