Armed Security Operative, DPS Card & Guard Experience
Overview
Own on site patrol operations across multiple Phoenix area locations at a steady full-time scale. Lead visible deterrence, enforce property rules, and submit daily activity reports to support safe, compliant premises. Work across afternoon, weekend, and overnight shifts with competitive pay and benefits. This role emphasizes responsible guarding with required DPS Armed Guard Card and smartphone based scheduling.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain a visible security presence to deter unwanted activity on assigned premises
- 2Remove transients and enforce property rules to maintain safety
- 3Prepare and submit daily activity reports detailing patrols and incidents
- 4Respond to alarms and incidents, coordinating with site leadership as needed
- 5Attend training programs and use scheduling/timeclock apps to track shifts

- 1Must hold valid DPS Armed Guard Card
- 2Experience with armed security in shopping centers or similar settings preferred
- 3Reliable transportation
- 4Pass comprehensive drug screening
