What You'll Do6
- 1Patrol assigned school property and monitor activity to deter threats and ensure safety.
- 2Respond to incidents with de-escalation techniques and sound judgement.
- 3Maintain firearms proficiency and follow all safety and legal standards.
- 4Write clear, accurate incident and activity reports.
- 5Communicate effectively with students, staff, clients, and the public.
- 6Use technology including smartphones, reporting tools, and scheduling software to document shifts.
Requirements10
- 121+ years old.
- 2Previous armed security experience preferred.
- 3Military (Combat Arms) or Law Enforcement background required.
- 4Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- 5High school diploma or GED.
- 6Pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
- 7CPR certified or willing to complete training.
- 8Reliable personal transportation for firearm transport.
- 9Able to wear duty belt and tactical vest and stand or walk for 8-12 hours.
- 10Pass company hand-to-hand defensive skills course.
