What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
- 2Respond to incidents, student or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, following established school and district protocols.
- 3Monitor access points and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior or hazards to appropriate school personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
- 4Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
- 5Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation using a computer or tablet.
Requirements7
- 1Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- 3Customer service experience is preferred.
- 4A guard card or license is preferred.
- 5CPR certification is preferred.
- 6Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- 7Pass a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
