The Area Manager leads planning recruitment onboarding administration and quality assurance for Field Operations to ensure high-quality inspection delivery. Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- 3AA degree and 5+ years management experience
- 4Professional license: IRC Contractor Certified Trade or Building energy efficiency certifications
- 5Current driver’s license vehicle registration insurance
- 6Valid professional affiliation HVAC or Building Science preferred
- 7Experience in green construction concept building
- 8Physical ability to carry 50 lbs climb ladders and access attics
- 9Strong communication skills detail orientation and can do attitude
- 10Ability to coordinate assignments with minimal supervision
