What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise lead SPED teachers and RBTs during supervision hours
- 2Oversee daily operations of new Arizona Autism Campus
- 3Implement PEAK discrete trial teaching for targeted learners
- 4Conduct functional behavior assessments for individual students
- 5Align all practices with AZACS Program Alignment Manual
- 6Coach staff on evidence based interventions and data collection
- 7Develop and monitor data strategies to inform instructional adjustments
- 8Participate in IEP development and IEP meetings
- 9Train personnel on intervention implementation and fidelity
- 10Ensure compliance with ADA requirements and workplace safety standards
- 11Maintain accurate records and report student progress weekly
Requirements11
- 1Active BCBA licensure with Arizona fingerprint clearance
- 2Master’s degree or higher with relevant coursework
- 3Minimum 5 years experience serving students with moderate to severe autism
- 4At least 3 years of therapeutic intervention experience
- 5Proven leadership in structured teaching environments
- 6Strong consultation and data analysis capabilities
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and floor interventions
- 9Familiarity with Google Suite and educational software
- 10Commitment to collaborative teamwork and professional growth
- 11Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card
