What You'll Do9
- 1Handle all incoming phone and email inquiries about available apartments
- 2Provide comprehensive information and schedule property tours
- 3Sell the community to prospects using available resources
- 4Process rental applications including background checks and reference collection
- 5Conduct move-in and move-out inspections for new and departing tenants
- 6Audit package locker systems weekly to ensure security
- 7Perform market research to support leasing strategies
- 8Maintain accurate records and follow company policies during all interactions
- 9Resolve resident complaints and answer inquiries promptly

- 1Previous Customer Service Experience Required
- 2Strong organizational and time management skills
- 3Ability to use tact diplomacy and courteous communication
- 4Maintain professional appearance per dress code
- 5Excellent customer service skills
- 6OneSite RealProperty and Knock experience preferred
- 7Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
