What You'll Do11
- 1Evaluate and benchmark AI software engineering platforms including Cursor Claude Code GitHub Copilot and emerging AI development tools
- 2Define and implement AI-assisted software engineering standards governance and best practices
- 3Lead AI pilot initiatives and scale engineering productivity solutions across development organizations
- 4Design and promote agentic development workflows specification-driven development practices
- 5Measure and improve developer productivity software quality and SDLC efficiency through data-driven metrics
- 6Create reference architectures implementation patterns and technical guidance for AI-native software development
- 7Collaborate with software architects engineering managers product teams and platform teams to integrate AI capabilities
- 8Assess security compliance and governance considerations related to AI coding platforms
- 9Mentor engineering teams on modern software engineering practices and AI-powered development workflows
- 10Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery velocity code quality and technical debt reduction
- 11Enhance developer experience through technical leadership and architecture expertise
Requirements10
- 1Hands-on experience with AI coding platforms such as Cursor Claude Code GitHub Copilot or similar tools
- 2Strong backend development experience using Java Spring Boot and Python
- 3Experience with APIs integration services distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- 4Deep understanding of software architecture engineering best practices and SDLC processes
- 5Knowledge of prompt engineering and agentic development workflows
- 6Ability to define and measure engineering productivity metrics
- 7Technical leadership and architecture experience
- 8Preferred skills include AWS and Azure cloud platforms developer experience platforms and DevOps practices exposure to robotics physical AI simulation or digital twin technologies
- 9Soft skills include strong analytical abilities effective communication and stakeholder management
- 10Experience working in ambiguous rapidly evolving environments ownership mindset cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills
