What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver AI red teaming security assessments for enterprise customers
- 2Collaborate with clients to scope projects and define testing requirements
- 3Conduct comprehensive security assessments of AI systems including LLMs and agentic platforms
- 4Extend testing to connected tools APIs and services using manual creativity beyond automated coverage
- 5Author detailed security reports with actionable findings and remediation guidance
- 6Present findings to technical and executive stakeholders through interactive sessions
- 7Build and improve AI red teaming processes to scale service delivery
- 8Develop frameworks ensuring consistent high-quality testing outcomes
- 9Automate repetitive tasks to empower manual testing efforts
- 10Research novel red teaming methodologies for image video audio and autonomous systems
- 11Translate academic research into practical AI security testing approaches
Requirements11
- 15+ years offensive security experience demonstrated through red teaming penetration testing and bug bounty participation
- 2Strong knowledge of web application API and network security fundamentals
- 3Deep understanding of LLM vulnerabilities including prompt injection jailbreaking data poisoning and agentic risks
- 4Experience with threat modeling complex systems and OWASP Top 10 for LLM and agent applications
- 5Proven track record in client-facing security assessment projects from initiation to delivery
- 6Excellent technical writing skills with executive-level security reporting experience
- 7Ability to lead process documentation and tool creation for service teams
- 8Familiarity with AI/ML model architectures training processes and deployment patterns
- 9Knowledge of AI security frameworks and emerging attack surfaces including MCP integrations
- 10Relevant certifications such as OSCP OSWA OSAI COAE BSCP
- 11Background in threat modeling security research and tooling communities
