What You'll Do9
- 1Design develop and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models Generative AI technologies machine learning and predictive analytics
- 2Develop data pipelines feature engineering approaches and analytical workflows supporting AI solution development
- 3Research new AI methods tools and frameworks assessing applicability to business problems across enterprise operations
- 4Design and execute experiments evaluating model effectiveness accuracy robustness and operational performance
- 5Analyze large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets generating insights building predictive models and supporting operational decision-making
- 6Translate business requirements into technical approaches communicating AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- 7Support adoption of AI solutions through training demonstrations documentation and stakeholder engagement
- 8Collaborate with distributed teams of engineers data scientists product owners business leaders and technology organizations to deliver impactful solutions
- 9Contribute to AI best practices reusable frameworks and technical standards across the organization
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor's Master's or PhD in Computer Science Data Science Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence Statistics Engineering Mathematics or related field
- 23+ years of experience developing AI machine learning and data science solutions
- 3Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML libraries and frameworks
- 4Experience with model evaluation experimentation performance measurement and validation methodologies
- 5Strong analytical skills working with large-scale tabular datasets using SQL Spark Databricks or similar technologies
- 6Ability to collaborate effectively in culturally diverse and distributed teams
- 75+ years of experience developing AI machine learning and data science solutions in an industry setting
- 8Experience developing AI solutions in cloud environments such as Azure AWS or GCP
- 9Proficiency using software development tools like version control e.g. GitHub and AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
- 10Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation RAG prompt engineering AI agents
- 11Familiarity with MLOps model monitoring observability and enterprise AI governance concepts
- 12Experience communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders
- 13Experience working in highly collaborative matrixed organizations
