AI Architect (GenAI, Azure)
Overview
Own the end-to-end technical direction for the agentic AI platform. This role acts as the primary technical interface with the client, translating business requirements into a scalable architecture spanning RAG pipelines, MCP connectors, and hybrid orchestration. You will align with cross-functional teams and set the technical vision for deployment. The position stands out for its hybrid work model and direct client exposure.
What You'll Do8
- 1Architect the AI stack across all layers: RAG pipelines, MCP connectors, and orchestration frameworks.
- 2Design hybrid orchestration between Appian, ERP, Deal Cloud, Backstop CRM, Snowflake, and Graph DB.
- 3Translate business requirements into technical architecture for the agentic AI platform.
- 4Guide the integration of MCP connectors with enterprise systems.
- 5Drive the selection of AI models and frameworks for retrieval and reasoning.
- 6Collaborate with data engineers to design Snowflake data flows and Graph DB schemas.
- 7Lead client discussions on architecture, trade-offs, and deployment strategy.
- 8Implement security and compliance measures across the AI pipeline.
Requirements7
- 15+ years architecting enterprise AI solutions, with 3+ years focused on GenAI and Azure.
- 2Deep expertise in RAG pipeline design and optimization.
- 3Proven experience with MCP connectors and tool integration.
- 4Hands-on knowledge of Appian, ERP systems, Deal Cloud, Backstop CRM, Snowflake, and Graph DB.
- 5Strong understanding of hybrid orchestration patterns and event-driven architectures.
- 6Experience leading technical client engagements and translating business needs into architecture.
- 7Ability to mentor engineers and set technical standards.
Salary Insight
$180 - $190k per year
