Agg/Asphalt Truck Driver APC
Overview
APC seeks a skilled Agg/Asphalt Truck Driver to lead operations across Denver Colorado. This role drives dump trucks and related equipment to deliver aggregates asphalt water and construction materials to residential and commercial sites. Candidates must have a valid CDL Class A with endorsements and demonstrate strong communication radio skills.
What You'll Do5
- 1Operate dump trucks water trucks and tractor units with pups end dumps belly dumps lowboys tankers and tarping systems safely and efficiently
- 2Maintain accurate time and material records following verbal and written instructions
- 3Knowledge of aggregate types sizes and construction equipment operation
- 4Demonstrate maneuvering and backing abilities with trailers and trailer connection skills
- 5Communicate effectively via two-way radio and connect/disconnect trailers
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED required one to two years related experience or equivalent education and training
- 2Valid state commercial driver’s license Class A with Air Brakes Tanker Double/Triples endorsements
- 3Current medical card per DOT standards
- 4Age 18 years or older passing pre-employment physical drug screen and criminal background check
- 5Ability to lift and move objects up to 50-75 lbs and meet specific vision requirements
