What You'll Do7
- 1Complete Farmers Insurance sales training to master product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- 2Build a lead pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- 3Prepare and deliver client presentations that highlight insurance product benefits.
- 4Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain strong client relationships.
- 5Participate in strategy sessions to design tailored sales tactics for target markets.
- 6Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- 7Ensure all sales practices comply with state regulations and ethical standards.
Requirements6
- 11+ year in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance.
- 2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- 4Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about client success.
- 5Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- 6Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days.
