As Tennessee’s first day spa partner to carry Biologique Recherche, you'll master advanced protocols from Valmont and Environ, plus Hydrafacial, Microneedling, and Chemical Peels. You'll be mentored by cofounders and trained by international brand experts, setting you apart in the luxury spa market. This role blends clinical artistry with retail excellence, offering a commission-based structure plus tips, as part of a close-knit, high-touch team.
What You'll Do10
- 1Deliver customized Biologique Recherche facials and advanced skincare treatments, tailoring each session to client skin needs.
- 2Perform Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and DiamondGlow procedures, ensuring safety and efficacy.
- 3Conduct Buccal Massage and Lymphatic Face Massage techniques, enhancing client relaxation and results.
- 4Execute precise waxing services, maintaining a polished and professional environment.
- 5Drive retail sales of Valmont, Environ, and Biologique Recherche products by educating clients on home care regimens.
- 6Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and preferences.
- 7Collaborate with spa team to elevate service standards and share advanced technique insights.
- 8Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols in all treatment areas.
- 9Track client progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal skin outcomes.
- 10Uphold the spa's luxury brand image through impeccable personal presentation and communication.
Requirements9
- 1Current TN Cosmetology Board Aesthetics License
- 23+ years professional aesthetician experience, with upscale clientele preferred
- 3Proficiency in Biologique Recherche and Valmont product lines and protocols
- 4Hands-on expertise with Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and DiamondGlow
- 5Certification in Buccal Massage and Lymphatic Face Massage techniques
- 6Proven track record in retail sales and client retention
- 7Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- 8Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and dependability in professional practice
