What You'll Do11
- 1Perform and document patient histories and physical exams while coordinating lab results and EMR entries
- 2Identify and resolve complex breast oncology care challenges through advanced practice knowledge
- 3Manage patient flow and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans with physicians and staff
- 4Conduct specialized procedures and oversee treatment protocols for oncology patients
- 5Educate patients on systemic therapies and interpret diagnostic imaging results
- 6Analyze clinical data to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- 7Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in research projects
- 8Serve on committees and mentor colleagues in clinical and administrative functions
- 9Maintain compliance with state regulations and hospital policies for medical oncology practice

Requirements9
- 12+ years advanced practice experience in medical oncology preferred
- 2Proficiency with Epic EMR and telemedicine platforms
- 3Familiarity with clinical trial processes and research methodologies
- 4Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- 5Demonstrated ability to analyze complex medical data and implement solutions
- 6Experience with Epic in-basket management and procedural documentation
