Adult Day Care Nurse - Portland Oregon
Overview
You will own patient care at our community based facility. This role differs by focusing on direct engagement with residents while supporting a mission driven non profit.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships with residents through compassionate care
- 2Design daily wellness activities that promote mental stimulation
- 3Lead health screenings and coordinate follow up appointments
- 4Maintain accurate medical records using electronic charting systems
- 5Collaborate with volunteer staff to ensure safe environments
- 6Ship supplies to meet resident needs on schedule
- 7Drive quality improvement initiatives for clinical outcomes
- 8Debug scheduling conflicts and adjust shifts as needed
- 9Scale nursing services based on resident demand
Requirements11
- 1RN license active in Oregon
- 25+ years of bedside nursing experience
- 3ACLS certification preferred
- 4BSN degree required
- 5Experience with Spark and Airflow for data analysis
- 6Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure
- 7Proficiency in React for internal dashboards
- 8Knowledge of Kubernetes for containerized applications
- 9Background in Python scripting for automation
- 10Certification in CPC Card management
- 11Experience with BCBA behavioral support techniques
Salary Insight
$73 - $83k per year
