What You'll Do10
- 1Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and schedule campus visits
- 2Respond to inquiries via phone email and other channels professionally
- 3Perform initial interviews to assess applicants goals interests and program fit
- 4Use consultative sales techniques to guide decision making
- 5Build rapport and maintain follow-up with leads to convert enrollments
- 6Assist applicants with completing applications and documentation
- 7Guide students to financial aid and ensure paperwork submission accuracy
- 8Track leads using CRM systems and maintain interaction records
- 9Ensure students are prepared for orientation and start dates
- 10Meet weekly monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics
Requirements10
- 1Proven experience in sales admissions recruiting or related field
- 22+ years experience in higher education
- 3Strong closing skills with goal achievement record
- 4Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- 5Ability to handle objections and persist in sales-driven environment
- 6Highly organized detail-oriented follow-through
- 7Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- 8Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 9Bilingual skills are a plus
- 10Knowledge of admissions processes
