Lead Operations and Drive Excellence at PACE center. Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and improve participant care through operational optimization and quality improvement.
What You'll Do9
- 1Coordinate day-to-day operations of interdisciplinary team and support seamless participant care
- 2Partner with site leadership to optimize workflows and enhance participant outcomes
- 3Monitor metrics and identify quality improvement opportunities
- 4Support development of individualized participant care plans
- 5Coordinate staff education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- 6Lead quality assurance and regulatory readiness initiatives
- 7Collaborate with Shared Services to improve processes and implement best practices
- 8Track participant satisfaction and voluntary disenrollment trends
- 9Serve as LHCSA Administrator and participate in Administrator On-Call rotation
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2Minimum 3 years recent healthcare operations experience
- 3At least 1 year experience with older adults in PACE MLTC or CHHA
- 4Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- 5Bilingual preferred
- 6Experience with healthcare quality improvement regulatory compliance and interdisciplinary care coordination
Salary Insight
$80 - $95k per year
