Accounts Receivable Specialist, Manufacturing & Billing Support
Overview
Own cash flow management for a manufacturing team in Fridley, ensuring accurate customer accounts and timely receivables processing. You will partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing questions, monitor aging, and drive accurate cash postings. This role combines meticulous accounting work with relationship building to maintain healthy collections. You will differentiate our AR function through precise reconciliation and proactive follow‑up.
What You'll Do10
- 1Investigate remittances and match payments to customer accounts to maintain accurate records
- 2Prepare and distribute invoices promptly while verifying billing details before release
- 3Record cash receipts, apply payments accurately, and resolve variances through reconciliation
- 4Monitor AR aging trends and prioritize follow up on overdue balances
- 5Contact customers regarding past due invoices to identify causes of nonpayment and drive resolution
- 6Document customer billing practices, payment patterns, and remittance cycles to improve collection efforts
- 7Coordinate with customers on payment timing adjustments and support workable solutions
- 8Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to address disputes and delays
- 9Contribute to collections with attention to detail while maintaining strong business relationships

Requirements8
