What You'll Do7
- 1Lead a team of AR analysts reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- 2Drive frequent reviews of customer payment histories and secure payments from customers.
- 3Maintain AR agings and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- 4Enforce compliance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- 5Serve as primary contact to coordinate and resolve escalated issues.
- 6Provide performance metrics to management and facilitate process improvement initiatives.
- 7Communicate effectively with all levels of management, internally and externally.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related business field.
- 25+ years in accounts receivable/accounts payable.
- 32+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
- 4Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
- 5Knowledge of PowerBI or another relational database a plus.
- 6Ability to manage a wide array of tasks with minimal direction.
- 7Strong relationship management and guidance skills for higher management.
- 8Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
