What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee customer receivable balances by reviewing open invoices and encouraging prompt payment
- 2Research billing questions and payment variances to resolve account issues
- 3Reconcile customer ledgers and maintain accurate aging information
- 4Record incoming payments and ensure accurate account activity reflection
- 5Track collection efforts and document outreach for overdue accounts
- 6Partner with customers and teams to address invoice matters
- 7Contribute to month-end activities through reconciliations and journal entries
- 8Provide backup support for accounts payable and audits
- 9Maintain accurate financial records through bank reconciliations
- 10Code invoices and perform effective Excel reporting
- 11Manage priorities independently while meeting deadlines
Requirements6
- 1At least 2 years of accounting experience with AR and collections
- 2Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
- 3Knowledge of invoicing cash application and reconciliation processes
- 4Proficiency with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar systems
- 5Strong Excel skills including formulas sorting filtering and reporting
- 6Ability to perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records
Salary Insight
$50 - $56k per year
