7-Eleven Sales Associate 2nd 3rd Shifts Orlando Florida. Own availability for full time and part time positions. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining store presentation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Greet customers and assist them with their needs
- 2Engage customers in conversation to understand preferences and recommend products
- 3Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems
- 4Maintain knowledge of current promotions sales and product features to effectively upsell items
- 5Ensure sales floor is well stocked organized and visually appealing at all times
- 6Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts
- 7Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- 8Uphold company policies regarding returns exchanges and customer service standards
- 9Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs
- 10Maintain knowledge of current promotions sales and product features to effectively upsell items
- 11Ensure the sales floor is well stocked organized and visually appealing at all times
Requirements5
- 1Previous experience in retail sales or similar customer facing role preferred but not required
- 2Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math advantageous
- 3Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers effectively
- 4Positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered in store
- 5Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls or inquiries
Salary Insight
$31 - $33k per year
