What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain efficient ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Design and implement merchandising strategies leveraging React and Kubernetes
- 3Lead daily operations and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- 4Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- 5Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch promotional campaigns
- 6Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all shifts
- 7Develop and execute inventory management processes to keep stores stocked
- 8Mentor junior associates and promote internal talent growth
- 9Utilize Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation

Requirements11
- 15+ years managing retail teams and driving operational results
- 23-5 seasons leading seasonal promotions or special projects
- 3Proficiency in Python and AWS for automation and cloud solutions
- 4Certification in CPC Card or equivalent retail leadership credential
- 5Strong communication skills with proven ability to coach diverse teams
- 6Experience with React for digital interface improvements
- 7Familiarity with Kubernetes for scalable application deployment
- 8High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience
- 9Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicles
