Requirements9

  • 1Active Michigan teaching license in appropriate elementary content area
  • 2Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • 3Comfort with a growth-focused coaching environment including frequent observations and action planning
  • 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5Ability to manage confidential information and supervise students in various settings
  • 6Willingness to collaborate with families and school staff
  • 7Experience working in urban education settings preferred
