Requirements9
- 1Active Michigan teaching license in appropriate elementary content area
- 2Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- 3Comfort with a growth-focused coaching environment including frequent observations and action planning
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5Ability to manage confidential information and supervise students in various settings
- 6Willingness to collaborate with families and school staff
- 7Experience working in urban education settings preferred
- 8Commitment to inclusive practices reflecting diverse backgrounds
- 9Ability to pass federal and state background checks
