NearSkill Jobs shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by any Employer or third party as a result of reliance on Candidate-provided information or the failure to verify such information independently. 4. Platform & Job Availability Disclaimer

NearSkill Jobs strives to maintain a reliable and continuously available Platform. However:

• The Platform may experience periods of downtime, interruption, or unavailability due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
